Living in the Light of Christ

As we enter the month of June, we are reminded that the days grow longer and the
light shines brighter. In the same way, God calls us to reflect the light of Christ in a world that often longs for hope, peace, and encouragement. Jesus said, “You are the light of the world” (Matthew 5:14). This is more than a beautiful image—it is a calling. As followers of Christ, we are invited to share God’s love through our words, actions, and presence. A kind gesture, a prayer for someone in need, a listening ear, or an act of service can become a powerful testimony of God’s grace. June also offers us opportunities to celebrate, rest, and reconnect with family, friends, and our church community. As we enjoy the blessings of the season, let us remain attentive to the needs around us and faithful in our commitment to worship, fellowship, and ministry.
May this month be a time of spiritual renewal and joyful service. Let us continue to trust God’s guidance, knowing that wherever Christ sends us, He goes before us and walks beside us.
Thank you for your faithfulness, prayers, and dedication to our church family. Together, let us shine brightly for the glory of God.
Grace and peace,
Rev. Pilar Pérez
