A Season of Renewal and Gratitude

Dear Commonwealth United Methodist Church Family,

As we enter the month of August, I thank God for each of you and for the many ways you

continue to be a faithful and loving church community. Your prayers, presence, service,

and generosity help us live out our mission of sharing Christ’s love with one another and with our neighbors.

I am deeply grateful for the support and compassion you have shown to me and my family during the loss of my sister-in-law, Margarita. Your prayers, messages, and

expressions of care have been a beautiful reminder of the strength and comfort we find

in the family of God.

As we continue through this season, may we be renewed in faith and encouraged to follow Christ’s call to serve. May we remember the words of Isaiah 40:31: “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.” Together, let us continue to be a church that offers hope, grace, and love to all.
